Today, I increased the pace of a set with the 16kg bell..
6 min 16kg @ 12 rpm = 72 reps (2520 lbs)
6 min 16 kg @ 16 rpm = 96 reps (3360 lbs)
Now, 16 rpm seems A LOT FASTER..
